Services And Support
- Full software support services are available during the
normal working day between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to
Friday, excluding public holidays. 7 days a week, 24 hour cover
can be provided at extra cost.
- Training can be provided on customer site or at Blueflower's
Training centre. Courses are usually of 2 or 3 day duration
however courses can be designed to reflect customer
requirements.
- Custom Reports can be developed in consultation.
- Installation & configuration services are provided to our
customers.
- Consultancy services in relation to data management and
security.
- System hardware can be supplied in conjunction with Practis.
